Global Building S.r.l. a Socio Unico is an Italian company specialising in the manufacture of certified passive fire protection systems, with headquarters in Spresiano (Treviso, Italy) and international representative offices in the UK and Korea.
For over twenty years we have served designers, fire safety engineers, construction companies, technical departments and the Fire Brigade, providing complete solutions for every area of construction: vertical and horizontal fire compartmentation, structural protection, ducts, service penetrations, façades and access hatches.
The materials used retain over time the performance characteristics recorded during laboratory testing. CE marking monitors the constancy of that quality over time.

Every Global Building solution is certified by leading Italian and international laboratories in accordance with the relevant European EN standards. The extended fields of application of the test results (EXAP) are approved by the certification institutes and guarantee designers the safe use of our systems even beyond the direct field of application.
We do not produce “in-house data sheets” based on proprietary methods: we strictly follow the EN extended-application standards and D.M. 16 February 2007, together with the subsequent updates of the Italian Fire Prevention Code (D.M. 3 August 2015).
