FIREGUARD and NAPER calcium silicate fire protection boards for fire-resistant walls, REI suspended ceilings and structural protection up to EI/REI 240.
FIREGUARD® calcium silicate fire protection boards are the heart of Global Building's passive fire protection systems: non-combustible (Euroclass A1 reaction to fire) and asbestos-free, they provide a high level of thermal insulation in the event of fire and maintain their laboratory-certified performance unchanged over time.
FIREGUARD and NAPER boards are used to build fire-resistant walls, wall linings, partitions and REI suspended ceilings, and to protect load-bearing structures in steel, reinforced concrete and timber, with fire resistance up to EI/REI 240 and certified heights of up to 12 metres. The range is completed by the GB-EI and GB-REI inspection hatches, the FIREGUARD BASE and UNIPAN supports for photovoltaic systems, the protections for light fittings and air diffusers, and the T-REX shells for tie rods.
All solutions comply with the European EN standards, the Italian Ministerial Decree of 16 February 2007 and the Italian Fire Prevention Code (D.M. 3/8/2015), with official classification reports and EXAP extended field of application.
