F62 intumescent paints and fire-protection plasters for the fire protection of steel, concrete, masonry, hollow clay block floor slabs and timber.
PAINT is Global Building's F62 system: a complete range of intumescent paints and fire-protection plasters for the passive fire protection of the most common building materials — steel, concrete and reinforced concrete, clay brick, masonry, plasterboard, hollow clay block floor slabs and timber.
For steel structures the line includes intumescent paints, anti-corrosion primers, primers for galvanised surfaces, epoxy zinc-rich coatings and finishing enamels, with a dedicated range for the protection of trapezoidal steel deck floors and high-massivity steel sections. For reinforced concrete, masonry, hollow clay block floor slabs, vaulted floors and plasterboard, cycles are available combining intumescent paint, undercoat and finishing enamel.
The line also includes Euroclass A1 (non-combustible) reaction-to-fire paints, HACCP enamels for food-industry environments and intumescent cycles for timber, achieving Class 1 reaction to fire and fire resistance of up to R 120.

Open the solutions catalogueIntumescence activates at around 200 °C: the paint film foams up to 50 times its own thickness, forming an insulating carbonaceous layer that protects the substrate and delays its heating. Certified performances reach up to R 240 in accordance with EN 13381, depending on the section factor and the applied dry film thickness. Each product comes with a technical data sheet, a safety data sheet (SDS), a CE-marked declaration of performance (DoP) and a classification report issued by accredited laboratories.
