- Characteristics
- F62 FINISH HACCP is a non-combustible enamel for interior and exterior use, certified in reaction to fire class A1. It is intended for all environments requiring a highly stain-resistant, water-impermeable, high-hiding and easy-to-apply enamel. It guarantees excellent uniformity, considerable mechanical resistance and resistance to atmospheric agents. It offers an excellent level of finish with maximum protection and colour retention outdoors, even in situations of strong exposure and severe conditions. Its elasticity and wear-resistance characteristics produce a film that remains stable and resistant even under stresses due to dimensional variations of the substrate caused by changing climatic conditions. It is highly resistant to washing and allows easy cleaning even with common antibacterial disinfectant detergents. It meets the requirements of Regulation 852/2004/EC on food safety and is therefore suitable for application in premises such as hospitals, schools, food warehouses, etc. REACTION TO FIRE CLASS A1 non-combustible, Istituto Giordano classification report number 427841 of 22 April 2025 (EN 13501-1).
- Composition
- Product based on special binders and selected fillers in water dispersion, free from APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates).
- Use
- F62 FINISH HACCP is suitable for producing non-combustible, water-impermeable enamel coatings in reaction to fire class A1 on non-combustible surfaces, in both interior and exterior environments COLOURS white. (Pastel colours derived from inorganic oxides are possible). The shade may differ slightly from one production batch to another; it is therefore necessary to complete the job with the same batch PRODUCT PREPARATION the product dries and polymerises completely in 4÷5 days under optimal conditions (temperature 15÷30°C, substrate moisture <10% and relative air humidity 65%). Expose the treated element in service after at least 45 days of stabilisation, to avoid contact with rainwater or condensation (in the case of fog or humidity above 85%) before complete polymerisation.
- Application system
- - clean the substrate of all impurities and treat with disinfectant if biological contamination by mould, algae or moss is present - apply two layers of F62 FINISH HACCP 4÷6 hours apart, in a quantity not exceeding 200 g/mq for the purposes of non-combustibility certification.
