Description

F62 FONDO water-based acrylic impregnating primer for wood. To be used as a coloured base coat in transparent wood treatment systems. AVAILABLE COLOURS the product is available in a wide range of standard colours. It is advisable to check the shade with preliminary tests before application, since the original colour of each type of wood produces a different final shade. Use

F62 FONDO is to be used as a first layer on wooden elements to be finished with a customised semi-transparent colour. The product is characterised by adequate levelling and flow properties that allow easy application, in particular by flow-coating, impregnating machines and dipping. If the product has been stored at low temperatures, it is advisable to bring it to at least +15°C before proceeding with application. During application and drying time, it is essential that the temperature is above +10°C and the air humidity below 65%; it is also important that the room is ventilated to promote the evaporation of water. PAINTING CYCLE sand beforehand with 150-grit paper. Apply F62 FONDO in a single layer at a consumption of 100 ÷120 g/m2. Wait at least 48 hours before proceeding with any overcoating.
