Characteristics

F62 ZERO is a special high-performance two-component product for indoor use, certified Class A1 Reaction to Fire, intended for the finishing of all surfaces requiring a non-combustible coating (not suitable for use on floors). F62 ZERO has drying times that allow rapid reoccupation of living spaces. F62 ZERO offers high compatibility and adhesion characteristics, filling power and coverage on various types of substrate, and is intended for professional use only. Its quality makes it possible to combine non-combustibility with an aesthetic, paint-like effect and a good standard of finish. Thanks to the special aggregates it contains, it is particularly breathable, thereby preventing condensation in environments subject to high concentrations of water vapour, and it ensures high filling capacity and uniform opacity even on large surfaces viewed against the light. Composition

Product based on special binders and selected fillers.

Use

F62 ZERO is suitable for creating non-combustible coatings in Class A1 reaction to fire on any type of surface. PRODUCT PREPARATION Dilute part “B” in 0,6 litres of water (when using the entire contents of tubs "A" + "B"). If only part is used, dilute at a rate of 10%. Pour the diluted part "B" into tub "A" and mix until a homogeneous mix is obtained. Do not prolong mixing, to prevent the mix from heating up or incorporating too much air. Carry out the application within one hour of preparing the mix. Once the working time has elapsed, do not add water to the thickened mix in an attempt to use the leftover product. One hour after mixing, the product can no longer be used.

Application system

Apply 2 layers of F62 ZERO 6÷8 hours apart. In the case of airless application: remove all filters (pump and gun), use nozzles from 19 to 23, with pressure ranging from 80 to 120 bar.

Warnings

The specification data were determined at + 23°C with an ambient relative humidity of 75%. Under different conditions, the data and the times between one operation and the next are subject to variation.
