- Characteristics
- Consolidating, fixing, anti-dusting paint for F62 SUPER SPRAY plasters and in general for unpainted elements in concrete, reinforced concrete, plastered brickwork (cement plasters, lime-cement mortar plasters), precast concrete, plasterboard walls. By penetrating the micro-pores of the substrate, the paint consolidates its surface and eliminates dusting.
- Composition
- Product formulated with nanometric resins in water dispersion free from alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO free), plasticisers and coalescents.
- Colour
- Transparent.
- Substrate preparation
- The substrate must be completely dry.
- Dilution
- Ready to use.
- Application
- F62 FISSANT can be applied by roller, brush or spray. Apply F62 FISSANT in a single layer at a consumption of approximately 450 g/m2. In the case of a pigmented finish, 5÷8 hours after the application of F62 FISSANT apply one layer of F62 TOP 2 SPRAY or of F62 TOP 2 SPRAY COLOR. In the case of Airless application, remove all pump and gun filters. Store unused material in tightly closed containers. After use, clean tools with water; it is good practice to rinse tools periodically during the day.
- Application temperature
- Apply at temperatures between + 5°C and +30°C. Do not apply F62 FISSANT in the presence of condensation.
- Drying
- Recoatable after 5 - 8 h.
- Dried film properties
- Water vapour diffusion: Excellent Adhesion to building substrates: Good
- Maintenance
- Periodically check the integrity of the paint film. In the event of damage, clean back to the substrate and restore the protective system in the affected area.
- Packaging and storage
- 25 kg drum. Product stable for 1 year if kept in its original containers at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C. Protect from frost. Non-flammable product.
- Warnings
- F62 FISSANT is classified as a Non-Hazardous Product according to Directive 67/548 EEC and subsequent amendments. It is advisable to follow the precautions required for the use of products such as water-based paints or wall plastics (work clothes, gloves, etc.). Do not breathe the mist produced by spraying.
