Floor slab type: masonry barrel vault thickness 120 mm with screed thickness ≥ 40 mm
Vault protective coating: ① F62 SUPER SPRAY plaster: thickness 10,3 mm
Application: with a mechanical plastering machine
Finish: can be painted with acrylic or vinyl paint (not necessary for fire protection purposes)
Steel beam protective coating: ② F62 SUPER SPRAY plaster: thickness 10 mm = R 120 (with IPE 160)

Specification clause

Supply and installation of fire protection of masonry barrel vaults, thickness 100 mm, with fire resistance REI 120, achieved with premixed lightweight insulating plaster for interiors F62 SUPER SPRAY based on gypsum and vermiculite, special binders and specific additives, thickness 10,3 mm, spray-applied.

The plaster is fibre-free. CE marked in accordance with EN 13279-1, in reaction-to-fire class A1 (non-combustible) according to UNI EN 13501-1.
