- Characteristics
- Gypsum-based plaster consisting of lightweight aggregates, hydraulic binders, retarders and additives that facilitate its application by means of plastering machines. PREPARATION OF THE MIX To obtain a correct mix, feed the continuous plastering machine keeping the hopper always full and adjust the water using the flow meter. The ideal water/plaster ratio is 0,8 - 1/1.
- Application method
- F62 SUPER SPRAY is applied by uniform spraying with suitable plastering machines for premixed products, producing a good-quality coating with no joints or cracking. F62 SUPER SPRAY must be sprayed in several passes with a maximum thickness of 30 mm per layer, in order to reach the thickness corresponding to the required level of safety. The product cannot be trowelled and cannot be applied to surfaces directly exposed to the weather. It can be applied at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Effective air exchange is necessary to ensure thorough drying. The ambient temperature must not fall below 0° C. TYPE OF SUBSTRATE The substrate to be protected must be suitably prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the test reports. SURFACE PREPARATION The substrate to be protected must be suitably prepared and, specifically, the surfaces must be dry and free from grease, dust or dirt. Where there is insufficient adhesion, a plaster mesh must be used or the surface must be treated with a suitable primer. POT LIFE OF THE MIX Working time of the mix: approximately 1 hour. Maximum machine downtime: 15 minutes.
- Finish
- The plaster has a semi-rough finish but, if necessary, it can be smoothed. F62 SUPER SPRAY can be painted over with common decorative water-based paints.
