Characteristics

F62 ZERO SPESSORE is a special high-performance two-component product for indoor use, certified Class A1 Reaction to Fire, intended for the finishing of all surfaces requiring a non-combustible built-up coating and as a substantial element in the field of reaction to fire (not suitable for use on floors). F62 ZERO SPESSORE has drying times that allow rapid reoccupation of living spaces. F62 ZERO SPESSORE offers high compatibility and adhesion characteristics, filling power and coverage on various types of substrate, and is intended for professional use only. Its quality makes it possible to combine non-combustibility with an aesthetic, paint-like effect and a good standard of finish. The product can be finished with a blade, giving a polished mirror-like marmorino-type effect. Thanks to the special aggregates it contains, it is particularly breathable, thereby preventing condensation in environments subject to high concentrations of water vapour, and it ensures high filling capacity and uniform opacity even on large surfaces viewed against the light. Composition

Product based on special binders and selected fillers.

Use

F62 ZERO SPESSORE is suitable for creating non-combustible built-up coatings with a thickness ≥ 1 mm in Class A1 reaction to fire on any type of surface. PRODUCT PREPARATION Pour part B into the tub of F62 ZERO SPESSORE part A and mix for a few minutes until a lump-free mix is obtained (should component B contain lumps, it will need to be sieved). If only part of the product is used, the ratio between components A and B is 1:5. Carry out the application within one hour of preparing the mix. Once the working time has elapsed, the product can no longer be used. Do not add water to the mix in order to use the leftover product.

Application system

The product can be applied with a notched trowel (2 mm recommended) in two coats, with an average consumption of 1,6 kg/m2. Wait 12 hours between the application of the first and the second coat. The product has a matt finish. A polished marmorino-type mirror finish can be obtained by blade finishing, to be carried out approximately 20 minutes after applying the second coat.

Warnings

Specification data determined at + 23°C with ambient relative humidity of 75%. Under different conditions, the data and the times between one operation and the next are subject to variation.
