UPGRADING OF PLASTERBOARD SUSPENDED CEILING

Supply and installation of F62 Super Paint water-based intumescent paint with fire resistance REI 120 on a plasterboard suspended ceiling. The suspended ceiling will be installed with a 10 cm cavity below a hollow clay block floor slab, thickness 16 + 4 cm, without plaster, and will consist of a primary framing composed of “C” metal profiles 50×27 mm, thickness 0,6 mm, placed at 500 mm centres, and hangers placed at

900 mm centres, lined with standard-type plasterboard boards (EN 520, Type A boards), thickness 12,5 mm. The F62 Super Paint paint will be applied at a rate of 1 kg/m², after preparation of the substrate by applying “F 62 PRIMER“ primer at a rate of 100 g/m², in accordance with classification report I.G. 386294/4159 FR. - REI 120 For the application procedure, refer to the specific technical data sheet.
