PROTECTION OF REINFORCED AND PRESTRESSED CONCRETE ROOF UNITS

Supply and installation of F62 PAINT water-based intumescent paint on prestressed concrete roof elements with fire resistance REI 60/ RE 120 and REI 90 (with a non-composite topping slab of thickness 100 m) and REI 120 (with a non-composite topping slab of thickness 120 m) in accordance with classification report I.G. 353252/3932FR.

The fire resistance must be documented by a specific laboratory test verifying the absence of “spalling” phenomena. The paint will be applied at a rate of 1,2 kg/m². For the application procedure, refer to the specific technical data sheet.
