Supply and installation of a partition for outdoor and humid environments with metal framing and board cladding, with fire resistance EI 120, made with two UNIPAN® boards per side, 12,5 mm thick, max dimensions 1200x2000 mm, obtained from a mix of Portland cement and aggregates, with both faces, front and back, in glass fibre mesh with polymer coating, the longitudinal edges tapered and strengthened thanks to EDGETECH® technology, approved in class A1 (non-combustible) reaction to fire, in accordance with classification report I.G. 237598/3032FR.

phosphated UNIVIS screws, dia. 3,2 mm, length 32 mm at 600 mm spacing for the inner layer and length 41 mm at 200 mm spacing for the outer layer, to “C” metal profiles 75x50x0,6 mm at 400 mm centres, inserted into “U” tracks 75x40x0,6 mm placed at floor and ceiling. A rock mineral wool blanket, 40 mm thick, density 40 kg/m³, will be inserted in the cavity. The surface will be finished with a cement-based skim coat with UNIJOINT filler, reinforced with UNIROLL glass fibre mesh.
