VERTICAL SMOKE EXTRACTION DUCTS “FIREGUARD® DUCT” boards

Supply and installation of vertical smoke extraction ducts with fire resistance EI 120 (Ve i↔o) S 1500 multi, made with FIREGUARD DUCT boards, thickness 30 mm, max dimensions 1200x2300 mm, made of fibre cement, asbestos-free, in reaction to fire class A1 (non-combustible) in accordance with classification report Applus 13/7092-2931 part. 2. With CE marking to EN 12101-7. The boards will be bonded with FIREGUARD GLUE adhesive and fixed with phosphated self-drilling screws Ø 5 mm, length 60 mm, at 200 mm centres

The board joints will be covered with FIREGUARD DUCT strips, thickness 30 mm and width 300 mm, fixed with phosphated self-drilling screws diameter 5 mm, length 60 mm, at 250 mm centres and bonded with FIREGUARD GLUE adhesive. At floor slab penetrations, the cladding will be fixed to the floor slab by means of an “L” profile, dimensions 40x40x5 mm, positioned along the longer sides of the duct.
