Specification clause

Supply and installation of a vertical separation band for a simple façade (18 mm thick with fire resistance EI 30 / 2x12,7 mm thick with fire resistance EI 60), made with FIREGUARD® boards made of calcium silicates and sulphates, asbestos-free, produced by lamination with factory-controlled drying, in class A1 (non-combustible) reaction to fire, in accordance with classification reports I.G. 403517/4302FR (EI 30) and I.G. 260329/3145FR (EI 60).

The boards will be fixed with metal expansion anchors at 600x250 mm centres. Finishing carried out with a reinforced skim coat of the surface using UNIJOINT filler and UNIROLL reinforcing mesh, and surface finish with thick-layer acrylic finishing render.
