- Characteristics
- two-component gloss enamel with an aliphatic acrylic polyurethane-based hardener, which dries at ambient temperature or with forced air. Characterised by excellent flow, fullness, elasticity, abrasion resistance, and resistance to weathering and UV rays. It provides reliable protection for structures in marine and corrosive environments, with high gloss and colour retention.

- Substrate preparation
- the surface must be dry and free from contaminants of various kinds such as dirt, oil, grease and salts.
- Dilution
- ready-to-use product.
- Tools
- Conventional or airless spray (at high temperatures and humidity < 40% "dry spray" may form), roller, brush (for small surfaces and profiles).
- Application
- mechanically mix the contents of the catalyst tin “B” with the contents of the paint “A”. Apply by spray keeping a minimum distance of at least 600 mm. Ensure good ventilation during application. Use the mixture within a maximum of 4 hours. Protect the structure from strong winds and high temperatures during application. Tools: spray, airless, roller, brush. Apply by spray using 0,013” - 0,015” nozzles.
- Application temperature
- apply at temperatures between + 5°C and + 35°C and Relative Humidity below 70%.
- Drying
- (DTF 50 micron) overcoating time: 6 hours (16°C), 3 hours (23°C); final drying time: 10 days (16°C), 7 days at (23°C).
- Maintenance
- Periodically check the integrity of the paint film. In the event of damage, clean back to the substrate and restore the protective system in the affected area.
