Specification clause

Supply and installation of protection for “closed” (tubular) round or square steel columns or beams with fire resistance R 30/60/90/120, made with solvent-based intumescent fire-protection paint F62 paint ONE, after prior application of 50 mm wide glass fibre adhesive tape, in accordance with ETA 20/1216 and according to standard EN 13381-8.

The paint will be applied by spray in a single coat. It does not require an anti-corrosion primer for internal applications. In exposure conditions C2 or higher (ISO 12944-2), apply the specific primers and protective coatings (see diagram on pages 52-53). For application procedures, see the specific technical data sheet.
