Substrate preparation: use F62 PRIMER S anti-corrosion primer in the quantity of 100 g/m²; if anti-corrosion protection is not required apply F62 PRIMER Z in the quantity of 100 g/m²
Finish: use F62 FINISH enamel, not required for fire protection purposes

Specification clause

Supply and installation of F62 PAINT water-based intumescent paint on “omega” profiles with fire resistance R 30/R 60 in accordance with classification reports I.G. 354932/3941FR (for R 30) and I.G. 354933/3942FR (for R 60).

The paint will be applied by brush, roller or spray at a rate of 2,0 kg/m² for fire resistance R30 and 2,7 kg/m² for R 60, after prior preparation with a base coat of minimum 100 g/m². For the installation procedure, refer to the specific technical data sheet.
