VERTICAL SMOKE EXTRACTION DUCTS “FIREGUARD® 45” boards

Supply and installation of vertical smoke extraction ducts with fire resistance EI 90 (Ve i↔o) 1500 multi / S 500 multi and EI 60 (Ve i↔o) S 1500 multi, made with FIREGUARD® 45 boards, thickness 45 mm, maximum dimensions 1200x2000 mm, composed of calcium silicates, asbestos-free, approved in reaction to fire class A1 (non-combustible) in accordance with classification report PK4-01-12-001-A-1. The boards will be bonded with FIREGUARD GLUE adhesive and fixed with phosphated

self-drilling screws diameter 5,0 mm, len. 90 mm, at 200 mm centres. The board joints will be covered with FIREGUARD® S strips, thickness 2x9 mm and width 100 mm, fixed with phosphated self-drilling screws diameter 4,2 mm, length 41 mm, at 100 mm centres and bonded with FIREGUARD GLUE adhesive. The cladding will be fixed to the floor slab by means of an “L” profile, dimensions 60x60x6 mm, positioned along the longer sides of the duct, with a layer of rock mineral wool thk. 30 mm interposed between the floor slab and the “L” profile.
