SEALING OF OPENINGS

Supply and installation of a vertical partition for the infill of blind openings, with EI 120 fire resistance, made with three FIREGUARD® 13 boards, thickness 3x12,7 mm, made of calcium silicates and sulphates, asbestos-free, produced by lamination with factory-controlled drying, in reaction-to-fire class A1 (non-combustible), in conformity with classification report I.G. 260330/3146FR and Technical File 399957.

The boards will be installed horizontally with staggered joints using phosphated self-drilling screws, diameter 3,5 mm, length 25 mm for the inner layer and length 35 mm for the intermediate layer at 600 mm centres, and length 55 mm at 250 mm centres for the outer layer, to “C”-shaped metal profiles 75x50x0,6 mm placed at the sides of the opening and at 550 mm centres, inserted into “U”-shaped tracks 75x40x0,6 mm placed at the base and at the top of the opening.
