BUNDLE OF CORRUGATED CONDUITS AND ELECTRICAL CABLES

Supply and installation of fire collar for BUNDLES OF CORRUGATED PIPES WITH OR WITHOUT ELECTRICAL CABLES named “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” without fixing tabs, with fire resistance up to EI 120 U/C certified on floor slabs, consisting of a metal shell made of steel sheet with a nominal section of 40x30x0,5 mm containing a graphite-based intumescent seal, nominal section 40x2 mm, in accordance with ETA 23/0843. It is necessary to measure the diameter of the pipe bundle to be protected and wrap the intumescent wrap around it for 5 turns, securing it with

for each diameter (see table) and wrap it around the intumescent seal, clamping the two ends with a self-drilling screw. Fix the collar to the floor slab with turbo screws without using anchor plugs. Before installing the collar, the remaining voids between the pipes and the opening can be filled with “GB-MT” sealant, or alternatively with dimensionally stable non-combustible material such as concrete, cement mortar or gypsum mortar.
