PENETRATION OF BUSBAR TRUNKING

Supply and installation of protection for penetrations of electrical distribution busbars of the “Blindosbarra” type with certified EI 120 fire resistance in floor slabs, made with sleeve “GB-ML”, consisting of a mineral wool felt 30 mm thick, density 80 kg/mc, in accordance with classification report I.G. 392776/4208FR.

Measure the dimensions of the busbar to be protected and cut the quantity of sleeve “GB-ML” required to cover it. Wrap the sleeve “GB-ML” around the busbar on the top side of the floor slab to a height of 300 mm, butting it up against the slab. Secure the sleeve “GB-ML” with twisted steel wire ties. Seal the perimeter gap around the busbar on the underside of the floor slab with GB-MT sealant.
