AIR CONDITIONER CONFIGURATION

Supply and installation of universal fire collar for BUNDLES OF MIXED PIPES in air-conditioning configuration named “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” without fixing tabs, with fire resistance up to EI 120 U/C certified on masonry or plasterboard walls, consisting of a metal shell made of steel sheet with a nominal section of 40x30x0,5 mm containing a graphite-based intumescent seal, nominal section 40x2 mm, in accordance with ETA 23/0843.

The collar will be fixed to the wall on the fire-exposed side only with phosphated self-drilling screws in the number indicated in the table, without the need for threaded rods; for masonry walls, use turbo screws without anchor plugs. Before installing the collar, the remaining voids/joints between the wall and the penetrating pipe can be filled with “GB-MT” sealant, or alternatively with dimensionally stable non-combustible material such as concrete, cement mortar or gypsum mortar.
