WATER SUPPLY UNIT

Supply and installation, for MIXED PIPE BUNDLES, of UNIVERSAL FIRE COLLAR “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” without fixing tabs and SLEEVE “GB-ML” with fire resistance up to EI 120 certified on masonry or plasterboard walls, consisting of a metal shell in steel sheet, nominal section 40x30x0,5 mm, containing a graphite-based intumescent gasket, nominal section 40x2 mm, in conformity with ETA 23/0843. The collar will be fixed to the wall on the fire-exposed side with self-drilling screws in the number indicated in the table, without the need for threaded

bars; in the case of a masonry wall, use turbo screws without wall plugs. The “GB-ML” sleeve must then be wrapped in a single layer around the group of pipes on the side not exposed to fire, by means of twisted steel wire ties. Before installation, any remaining voids/joints between the wall and the pipes can be filled with the “GB-MT” sealant, or alternatively with dimensionally stable non-combustible material such as concrete, cement mortar or gypsum mortar.
