Description

the FIREGUARD® 45 boards are high-density self-supporting panels, totally asbestos-free, composed of silicates, selected fibres and inert additives. They undergo a treatment that makes the finished product totally stable in the event of fire, with high mechanical strength and resistance to atmospheric humidity. They are non-combustible (reaction to fire class A1). Supplied as rigid self-supporting panels with high mechanical stability, abrasion resistance and good performance under heat and temperature.

Application and installation

the FIREGUARD® 45 boards, through their high mechanical strength, allow use in the most severe conditions. They are easily workable by machine or by hand. Modern power tools such as circular saws are certainly advisable where speed and precision in working the product are required. The boards are glued on the edges with FIREGUARD GLUE and screwed together.
