Description

F62 FINISH water-based decorative enamel designed to protect against atmospheric agents elements treated with F62 PAINT intumescent fire-protection paint, located in interior or semi-exposed environments. Satin finish. Available in various RAL colours.

Characteristics

Enamel for finishing application on elements painted with F62 PAINT. Waterproof, easily applied by brush, roller or Aircoat spray. It ensures a finish characterised by high aesthetic uniformity and by outstanding weathering and mechanical resistance, essential for the durability of applications and to preserve over time the performance of the F62 PAINT protective coating. Its high quality provides the aesthetic and technical solution for different painting requirements, with an excellent finish level and maximum protection and colour resistance outdoors, even under conditions of strong exposure in severe conditions. Its suitable elasticity and wear-resistance characteristics generate a film that remains stable and resistant even under natural stresses due to dimensional variations of the substrate as climatic conditions change. It is formulated with light-stable pigments and acrylic resins in water dispersion, which guarantee maximum UV resistance and maximum outdoor protection with a non-yellowing enamel film. It is made with raw materials selected for low environmental impact, ensuring minimal emissions, so as to preserve the well-being and safety of users and of the people living in the environment.

Drying

Dries and polymerises completely in 4 - 5 days under optimal conditions (from +15°C to +35°C with substrate moisture <10% and relative air humidity <65%). In the case of fog or humidity above 85%, before complete polymerisation, hazing or blistering may occur. This phenomenon, which is temporary in nature, does not affect the resistance of the product and will disappear with exposure under normal conditions after complete drying. METHOD OF

Use

F62 FINISH is suitable for the finishing and protection against atmospheric agents of elements painted with F62 PAINT (including intense shades). Highly resistant to sagging, it can be applied at high thicknesses in a single layer, with drying times that allow rapid completion of the painting work. If the product has been stored at low temperatures, it is advisable to bring it to at least +15°C before proceeding with application.
