the “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” universal collar is the only collar without fixing tabs, therefore guaranteeing minimal overall dimensions, and is protected by patent. It protects the penetration of combustible pipes in PVC, PE and PP (as well as multilayer technopolymers such as PE-X-Al, single-brand PE, PP-R...), insulated and uninsulated, up to an external diameter of 250 mm, insulated copper and steel pipes and combustible pipes containing electrical cables, with EI 120 fire resistance. The “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” universal collar consists of an intumescent wrap wound in several layers around the pipe and a thin metal sheet which wraps around it and fixes the entire system to the substrate. “GLOBAL COLLAR PLUS” is applied on the side exposed to fire and fixed to the plasterboard wall with phosphated self-drilling screws without the use of through threaded bars. For application on masonry walls, the use of turbo screws without plugs is recommended.
